Our two employees are Jeff Gillis and Sandy Phan-Gillis. They have been married for over 20 years.

Jeff Gillis is the Founder and Managing Member of the Law Office of Jeffrey V. Gillis, PLLC.
Jeff's background is in Chemical Engineering. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austing and a Ph.D. degree from the University of California at Berkelely, Jeff spent a career in the working world with Exxon, Honeywell, SPT Group, and Schlumberger. He learned a lot about the world of busness, and got a street education in all things related to contracts.
Jeff earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While there he worked as a Student Attorney in the Wills, Probate, and Guardianship Clinic at TMSL. He graduated #1 in his class, as the class valedictorian.

Office Manager
Sandy Phan-Gillis is the Office Manager and Legal Assistant.
Sandy's was born in Saigon, Vietnam. Her background is in real estate and business. In addition to creating and managing multiple businesses, Sandy was also the founder of Houston's longest running Chinese New Year festival.
Sandy is fluent in Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She can read, write, and speak in all three languages. She does translation for the firm.
